酒店位置很好，服務員非常熱情，早餐種類極其豐富，酒店內直接就可以通往大型商超！購物，美食超級方便。商超一樓就有貨幣兌換，匯率很良心。非常推薦的一家酒店。

每次來泗水基本都住在這裡，westin的平替，酒店大堂上下樓，共用游泳池，共用早餐，所以帶家人必選這裡，樓下就是pakuwon mall，早餐的服務真的特別贊，尤其是主廚的那個類似沙爹牛肉，超讚

"The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to all the popular landmarks. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and beautiful views from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious with many fresh options. We had a truly pleasant and relaxing stay!"

酒店位置很好，旁邊就有地鐵站大商場和夜市。酒店全體服務人員服務都很好，礦泉水管飽的酒店真的第一次見到，每個角落都是免費礦泉水！早餐也很乾凈，品種豐富，那晚米線好吃！

真的不能理解房間很小更加不能理解的是浴室裡麵連放換洗衣服的地方都沒有換下來的衣服放哪裡？乾淨的衣服掛哪裡？洗手枱很小，紙巾盒也是醉了，抽一次紙巾，那個蓋子就跟著起來一次，浴巾他們直接掛浴室門桿上！驚呆了！細節其實還是很影響體驗的，我始終不能理解為什麼浴室裡沒有任何地方放換洗的衣服！！！衣服放地上嗎？搞幾個鈎子不值錢吧？

Exceptional Hospitality and Unmatched Convenience I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel staff for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a true VIP—thanks to the warm and professional service from every team member, including reception, housekeeping, and security. This hotel's prime location makes it an ideal choice for both business travelers and families. The seamless connection to Pakuwon Shopping Mall provided a fantastic shopping experience, adding to the convenience of my stay. The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort, allowing me to enjoy a restful sleep throughout my two-night stay. The hotel’s facilities, including the well-equipped gym and the refreshing swimming pool, were impressive and well-maintained. A standout highlight was the remarkable Asian cuisine offered at the hotel. The flavors were authentic and diverse, and an expanded selection of 10 to 15 types of sambal would elevate the experience even further. One of the most memorable touches was the fulfillment of my special request for welcome fruits, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I wholeheartedly give this hotel a well-deserved five-star rating and look forward to returning for another exceptional experience.
